General Support

During our Monday and Thursday drop-in sessions, we offer a General Support Service (ie. non-immigration advice) for refugees and asylum seekers. You can get support with the following (for example):

• Explaining/interpreting letters

• Registering with a GP

• Support with Universal Credit applications

• Applying for Travel Documents

• Offering support/advice with Council Tax issues

• Welfare benefit applications

• Refugee Integration Loan applications

• HC1/HC2 (NHS) applications

• NHS debt

• eVisas

Our general support advisers can also signpost you to other organisations for help with many other issues.
