Why do you charge fees for this service?
The rest of our services are free and covered under charitable funding, but the services in this list fall outside of what we can deliver for free. If we don't charge fees for the services in this list, we would not be able to offer them. Our fees are much lower than high street firms and we believe we can offer representation that is efficient and reliable.
When will my fees be due?
If we are able to take on your case, then when we book the appointment to begin the work with you, we will ask you to pay your full fees. If, after taking on your case, we discover you fall under the higher income bracket, you will need to pay the higher fee and you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount.
Do you offer payment by instalment plans?
We require full payment up front before we start the work. However, you do have the option to pay by PayPal or Klarna.
What is the booking process?
Once you fill out the enquiry form, one of our advisors will contact you. If we are able to support you, we will let you know and add you to the waiting list.
If you are applying to renew your leave to remain, we will send you a link to pay our fee 2–3 months ahead of the expiry date of your leave. Due to high demand, we only book appointments 1–2 months ahead of the expiry date.
