Salim was a guest of Notre Dame Refugee Centre for the past six years. On Saturday, the 10th of June, he died of cancer in hospital.
He will be truly missed by all of us here as he was such a source of kindness and joy in our centre. Many people have shared their memories of him :

The funeral of SALIM KHAN(also known as Mukesh Kumar)
will be held at Honor Oak Crematorium,
at 10-10:45am on Wednesday June 20th.

The service is being organised by friends from All Souls, Langham Place, and
we look forward to meeting friends from other churches and elsewhere.
There is a pub, the Brockley Jack, nearby, and this might be a good place to move on to if folk want to chat and share memories afterwards.
